English breakfast tea is astringent, antioxidant-rich and antibacterial. It is a blend of black tea from Assam and Ceylon that helps to balance the strength of black tea and produces and soft, smooth and slightly bitter tea that is ideal to help you wake up with a mild caffeine kick. To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (90C-95C) for 2-3 minutes. Can be served black or with a drop of milk. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
