Premium Australian finely chopped rolled oats with a faster cooking time. A healthy source of carbohydrate that is high in fibre and low in sodium. Helps to reduce blood sugar and cholesterol levels and a great source of B complex vitamins. Oats can contain traces of gluten as well as other proteins that coeliacs may react to, however, most can digest easily and eat as part of a gluten-free diet. To cook, use 2 parts liquid (water or milk) to 1 part oats and place on a low heat on the stove, cook until thick and creamy. Can also be microwaved or soaked overnight in the fridge. You can top with treats like raw honey, brown sugar, cacao powder or nibs, nuts, seeds, and fruit. Store in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
