Coriander seeds come from the same plant as coriander leaves. They are a common ingredient in many curries and are rich in antioxidants and dietary fibre. They're also an excellent source of iron, copper, calcium, potassium, manganese, zinc and magnesium. Add coriander seeds to broths, soups and poaching liquid while preparing fish, either ground or whole. Store in an airtight container in a cool and dry place.
