Yes! Easy, yummy and of course incredibly healthy!

Pop your chips in the oven first by cutting your zucchinis into chip size, then coat in your batter made from 1 part tapioca flour, 1 part lupin flour (just blend your lupin flakes as fine as you can) and 2 parts water, with any seasoning you like. I use salt and pepper of course and any other spices you like.

Place coated zucchini pieces on lined baking tray and drizzle with oil of your choice before placing in preheated oven at 190C. For the burgers, first grind 250g white fish in blender into a mince, I used flathead.

Then add to a bowl with 1/4 cup grated zucchini, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1/4 cup almond meal, 2 chopped spring onions, the zest of 1 lemon, 1 chopped red chilli, 10 chopped sage leaves, 2 tsp dukes flakes, 2 tsp flaxseed meal, 1 tbsp olive oil and a good pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands and then shape into burgers.

Fry on medium heat in your choice of oil for approx 2 mins each side. Serve with your crispy golden chips seasoned with salt fresh from the oven and @naked.byron.foods vegan aoli!! Delicious!! Try with my gf charcoal buns too! Everything except the fresh fish and veg is available @scoopwholefoods.
