Jeremy and Bettina Kirk are the husband and wife team behind Scoop Wholefoods.
The Scoop Wholefoods concept was born of their vision for presenting Australian and regional organic foods in a more environmentally responsible manner, whilst offering flexibility for the consumer to purchase in quantities to suit their needs.
They have a passion for sourcing quality organic, and sustainable wholefoods. Their dedication to seeking out both certified, and high quality producers of raw ingredients and fine quality artisan products from specialists suppliers is reflected in their extensive and ever expanding range.
They are both keen conservationists and firmly believe that we each have a contribution to make when it comes to our planet.
Their desire to leave as small a footprint as possible on the environment, together with an awareness of the damaging impact of preservatives and flavor enhancers used in food production has resulted in a shopping environment that is based on organic and sustainable food sources with minimal packaging and waste.
